The Account Manager Position will be responsible for managing assigned sales accounts and helping outside sales persons with whatever tasks are required to meet sales and profit goals. The Account Manager Position will be required to:

  • Handle all aspects of assigned customer accounts including:
    • All communication with customer
    • Timely orders and estimates
    • Aggressively upsell and sub every item possible
    • Be willing to source material when appropriate
    • Communicate all needs promptly with the shipping department
    • Do quality checks on the dock
    • Have a next action step for each customer for future growth
  • Be proactive in finding new customers within any areas assigned by the sales manager.
  • Keep a running sales log to be reviewed by Sales Manager and General Manager every week.  Must include:
    • Contact time of every customer contacted that week
    • Contact report of every potential customer contacted that week
    • Future contact plan for all potential and current customers
    • Next step action to be taken with each potential and current customer
  • Be able to assist outside sales reps in any issues they may require, such as:
    • Take Pictures
    • Write up Orders and Estimates
    • Do quality/quantity checks
    • Flag material when necessary
  • Update and Report any statistical information as assigned by the Sales Manager
  • Any other responsibilities deemed necessary by Teton Trees LLC.


  • 1-3 years business to business sales experience preferred
  • Experience with QuickBooks and/or the ability to learn new programs quickly
  • Aggressive and energetic personality with the drive to bring in new sales
